    A Survey of Transaction Processing Technology

    • 摘要: 事务处理技术是保证信息一致性和可靠性的关键技术.首先阐述了事务处理技术的起源与发展,总结了并发与恢复两个核心技术的研究现状,探讨了平坦事务模型的各种表现形式,接着研究了各种扩展事务模型和事务工作流,概括了多库、面向对象数据库、实时数据库和移动数据库等现代数据库中的事务处理技术,分析了相关研究的进展,最后结合已有的研究成果,展望了其未来研究方向及面临的挑战.

       

      Abstract: Transaction processing is important for ensuring consistency and reliability of information. In this paper, the originality and the development of this technology are traced back, its current research status is summarized, and then a flat transaction model and its related technologies are discussed. Since the flat transaction model is not suitable for complex and distributed applications, extended transaction models and transactional workflow came into being. These technologies are analyzed in detail. Then transaction processing in advanced database technologies is related. With the development of Web service based cross-organizational business process technology, transaction processing in open and loosely coupled Web environment becomes one of the focuses. So the latest related work is analyzed, and the discussion of future directions and challenges is presented.
