Abstract:
Intelligent computing characterized by LLMs (large language models) has become a focus point in the development of computer science. The exponential growth of parameters in LLMs poses significant challenges to both computing power and network infrastructure. In an era where Moore’s Law is slowing down, domain-specific customization approaches have emerged. Based on author’s over 30 years of experience in computer architecture research, this paper offers bold insights into the current development of computing architecture and presents preliminary practical results, aiming to spark further discussion and innovation.
