    数字电路并发差错定位的概念与基本结构

    THE CONCEPTS AND BASIC STRUCTURES OF CONCURRENT ERROR LOCATION FOR DIGITAL CIRCUITS

    • 摘要: 在数字电路的并发差错检测理论的基础上 ,建立了一种并发差错定位数字电路理论 ,它包括并发差错定位电路有关特性的定义、实现基本功能的电路的模块结构及其内部模块之间互连的条件 .数字电路的并发差错定位指的是电路在正常工作条件下 ,无需任何外加用于定位电路故障的输入矢量就能自动定位其内部的故障 .一个基本并发差错定位电路由实现电路基本功能的基本功能模块和实现电路差错定位功能的定位器级联所构成 .系统地定义了表征并发差错定位电路和定位器特性的若干概念 ;证明了基本并发差错定位电路要达到并发差错定位的目标 ,基本功能模块与定位器互连所需满足的条件 ;用具体实例说明了有关概念的应用 .

       

      Abstract: On the basis of the theory of concurrent error detection circuits, a new theory of concurrent error location for digital circuits is presented. It includes the definitions of properties of concurrent error location circuits, basic modular structures, and interconnection conditions of modules in basic concurrent error location circuits. A basic concurrent error location circuit is composed of a basic functional module and an error locator. Several properties that characterize the concurrent error location circuits and locators are defined. The interconnection conditions, which the basic functional modules and locators must satisfy to construct basic circuits with different concurrent error location properties, are proved. An example of locators is given to demonstrate the application of the proposed theory.
