基于NOW的运行时增量式集中式调度(NRICS)及其实现

RUNTIME INCREMENTAL CONCENTRATED SCHEDULING ON NOW AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION

摘要: 提出并实现了一种基于 NOW的运行时增量式集中式调度 ( runtime incremental concentrated schedulingon NOW,NRICS)方法 ,该方法具有以下特点 :运行时调度、增量式调度、集中式调度、结点间并行式负载交互 .NRICS中 ,在一个阶段中由于对各任务的粒度和各结点执行能力估计不足所造成的负载失衡将在下一个阶段中得到改进和纠正 ,从而使各结点的负载不断趋于平衡 .该方法具有良好的可伸缩性 ,文末给出了部分实验结果 .

Abstract: A method of runtime incremental concentrated scheduling on NOW （NRICS in short） is proposed and realized, which has four important characteristics: runtime scheduling, incremental scheduling, concentrated scheduling, and exchanging loads among nodes parallelly. With this method, the load imbalance in one phase can be improved and corrected in the next phase, so the loads of all nodes can be continuously trending to balance. NRICS has good scalability. Some experimental results are also given.
