三维图像重建算法的并行化设计和分析

摘要: 利用类体素法进行三维图像重建,速度快、精度高。本文主要从片间并行着手讨论了它的并行化设计技术,分析了在不同的数据存储情况下的计算时间和通信开销。并在曙光一号并行计算机上实现了基于片间并行的多线程化算法,对算法的性能进行了测试分析。实验表明,基于独立存储的片间并行化算法有很好的并行效率Abstract: Beginning with parallelism of slice and slice, this paper discuss its parallel technique and analyze its computation time and communication overhead under the condition of different data storage. A multithreads parallel algorithm is implemented on DAWNING 1 and its performance is tested. The parallel efficiency is satisfactory based on the design method of private data storage.
