Abstract: Beginning with parallelism of slice and slice, this paper discuss its parallel technique and analyze its computation time and communication overhead under the condition of different data storage. A multithreads parallel algorithm is implemented on DAWNING 1 and its performance is tested. The parallel efficiency is satisfactory based on the design method of private data storage.
