    多面体表面纹理映射方法的研究

    RESEARCH ON THE TEXTURE MAPPING OF THE POLYGONAL PRIMITIVITY

    • 摘要: 文中运用两步映射原理解决了多面体的参数化问题,并提出一种等积映射方法,消除了自然参数化方法在向中间曲面-球面映射时所产生的两极处纹理汇聚与首尾连接处不连续的走样,进而较好地实现了由非参数化面片拼接而成的多面体表面的纹理映射.

       

      Abstract: A area preserving transformation method is put forward for the parametrization of the polygonal primitivity, which uses the two part texture mapping. This method eliminates the aliasing of the convergency at the pole of the sphere and the discontinuity between the head and the end in the process of the mapping on the intermediate surface sphere by the natural parametrization. As a result, the texture mapping of the polygonal primitivity is realized,which is constructed by the nonparametric patches.
