Abstract: Mutual connections of entities within different PKI-based trust domains may fail because of the discrepancy of those trust domains. In this paper, how the discrepancy works is analyzed with the new concept, “compatibility of trust domains”. Besides, an approach is introduced that extended-in-condition trust domains can be used to avoid inter linkage from discrepancy, and an implementation is designed.
