Abstract: This paper presents a new computer symbolic integration system INTG,which can solve most of the integration problems solvable if a table of integrals in a kind of mathematics handbook is used.The approach of using continued fraction transformation to compute real roots of polynomials in rational function integration is taken.The system possesses the ability to explain itself and extend its integration power.
