采用FAN算法的组合电路测试生成系统

A Test Generation System for Combinational Circuits

摘要: 鉴于测试产生的重要性和可测性设计技术尚未完善,测试生成系统的研究仍很重要。FAN 算法是近年来提出的比以往的测试码产生方法更加有效的一种算法。本文给出一个组合电路测试生成系统CCTGS,用FAN 算法产生测试码,采用并行故障模拟、故障模型为单固定故障。该系统从使用者提供的电路描述和用户参数文件出发,能求得在给定测试序列下所获得的故障覆盖率,也可求出给定电路的完全测试集,系统在VAX-11机上运行。

Abstract: In this paper we will present a Test Generation System for Combinational Circuits(CCTGS).FAN algorithm and parallel simulation are included in the system With a paramete(?) fileoffered by the user.this system can provide a complete test set for a given circuit,or the fault cove-rage for given test patterns.
