摘要: 实时废料收集方法(下面简称为RGC方法)的一个主要目的是保证系统能不间歇地工作,这对实时应用非常重要。为此需要研究RGC方法的运行特征。文3中分析了On-the-Fly方法的时间特性,本文着重探讨两类RGC方法的空间特性。

Abstract: How much space is needed when we use a real-time garbage collection algorithm to support a real-time application? Here we analyze two classes of algorithms and compare their space character. We also indicate when we have a safe system.
