Abstract: Chinese Data Retrieval System CTS-11 described in this paper is basedon DATATRIEVE-11 which is an inquiry language and report writing system supportedby PDP-11. It does not simply turn DATATRIEVE-11 information into Chinese, butas a function transform facility between DATARIEVE-11 and user, it establishes aChinese software development environment and makes it possible that user can easilyuse various data inquiry and management functions provided by "DATATRIEVE-11without programming.
