Abstract: This paper introduces a new method of natural language processing. It is called pattern matching on concept coding. In this method, the words of a natural language and the sentence patterns are coded on their concepts. This will result in good adaptability. on the other hand, its pattern base can be modified or added easily, and therefore we can make an open system of processing natural language by using this method.
