Abstract: The Web search engine is a very useful information service in the internet. Because the current Web search engines give too much information and the special Web search engine mainly involves the special information of some field, it is difficult for users to get the accurate navigating information from one search engine. In this paper, a new framework of Web search engines GSE is described, and a language WIRPL is given, which is useful for the Web information retrieving and processing. By WIRPL, multi-search engines are combined, which provides users a consistent, effective and accurate Web search engine.
