Abstract: There is no doubt that system management is a part of an operating system. In this paper, we will give one new idea about system management that we regard as an operating system manager. We define the system management category as follows: system initialization, resources combination, monitor file, efficiency analysis, accounting, sefeguard communication, and software monitor.
