Abstract: The paper here deals with the cognitive concept and induces a general theory of the reminding, followed by the reminding theory based on the contrary concept, which includes contrary concept, computational rules of contrary degree, reminding rules based on contrary degree etc.. At the same time, a simulated annealing based reminding algorithm is presented so that some new cases whose contrary degree is less than the given threshold are still able to be reminded. This reflects more accurately the creativity of reminding thought ignored by the known models.
