Abstract: MAS/TH\|5 system is a partly open supporting environment for construction and integration of MAS. The system integrates environments for development and for operation and brings about a total solution. In the paper here, an applicable agent model is established. The agent model provides theoretical and technical basis for the supporting environment. The model features balance. It also provides general frame for customers for establishing other agent models and satisfies the demand of communication between agents within the MAS system. Since the agent language designed in the supporting environment is capable of describing BDI’s mental state and dealing with complicated problems, the agent based on the language is valuable in solving practical problems.
