Abstract: In this paper,we suggest the new.concepts of intelligence algorithm and its level under the meaning of artifical intelligence.We point out that the results of running of second level intelligence algorithm are the algorithms unknown before,and some of those results cannot be grasped by human.By running those result algorithms(Generally speaking,human cannot take its running process into one's hand),the final result can be got.Finally,we give some instances about second level intelligence.
