I.C.Parameters and CPU Performance of Large General Computers

摘要: 本文探讨了集成电路参数与大型通用计算机的CPU 性能关系。提出了评价集成电路的综合参数标准,应用标准对ECL 集成电路及其组件部件进行系统分析。最后实现系统内的优化组合。该方法用于某大型计算机的组件选型及部件设计,取得了良好效果。

Abstract: This paper discusses the I.C.patameters and their effects on CPU performance of large general computers.An integral parameter criterion for evaluating I.C.is proposed and application of the criterion to analysing functional building blocks of different I.C.is presented.
