Abstract: The advances of requirements engineering research can be reduced to three points——object orientation,formalization,and automation in requirements engineering.First discussed are some fundamental issues related to requirements engineering,and then outlined are their representative work,the state of the art,and development directions for the researches on requirements engineering.Additionally,preliminary researches on object oriented requirements engineering and its automatically mechanical supports are also described briefly.
