Abstract: The features of neurocomputing and parallel computers,are discussed in the paper. According to these features, the architecture of a cycle array neurocomputer （CANC） is proposed, and then compared with the Systolic. A parallel algorithm for neurocomputing implemented on the CANC is presented. The performance of the algorithm is analyzed at the end of the paper.
