摘要: 提出了改进的基于贪婪优化算法的快速活动轮廓模型 原算法加快了求解最优能量曲线的速度 ,但初始轮廓线必须给定在图像特征的附近 通过在优化的目标函数中增加面积能量项 ,扩大了算法捕获图像特征的范围 在对贪婪优化算法分析的基础上 ,给出了局部面积能量项的构造和使用方法 ,进而简化了优化的目标函数 实验结果表明 ,该算法具有快速、能在更大的范围内捕获图像的特征、较好地处理图像中凹陷区域的能力 ,是一种有效的分割左心室MRI图像的算法Abstract: An improved fast parametric active contour model based on greedy algorithm is proposed. The original model can find the optimization curve quickly but the initial contour must be set near the feature of the image. An area energy term is thus added to the target function for capturing the image feature in a wider region. By analyzing the greedy algorithm, a local area energy term is constructed and applied in the simplified target function for snake optimization. The experiment results demonstrate that this algorithm is characterized by its rapidity and capacity which can capture the image feature in a wider region and deal with the concave regions properly, and is an effective algorithm for segmenting the left ventricle MRI.
