摘要: 本文描述了ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ中文平台上汉字输入的机制，简单介绍了两种典型ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ中文平台上汉字输入法制作的要点，提出了在ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ平台上实现汉字输入法所必须要考虑的新问题，为汉字输入法上一个新台阶提供了一条崭新的思路。
