Abstract: Directed by the Open Distributed Processing Reference Model （RM ODP） and its five viewpoints,this paper proposes an important concept of computer conferencing stream binding, and designs a distributed computer conferencing system. An abstract is made of this system by using the object oriented modelling technique,which highlights the information structures and their interacting properties in different layers of the system on the enterprise,information,computing,engineering and technology viewpoints. These are the basis of the system implementation architecture.
