Abstract: This paper introduces a CAPP system based on Client/Server work style,and constructs an open architecture CAPP model,which is based on today’s current network environment.It gives a thorough and penetrating description of the implementation of client,including the internal architecture for a deciding/optimizing manager,as well as a multi targets decision optimizing algorithm.Interactive communication in the environment with different NOS（net operation system） and different DBMS is also discussed.
