Abstract: With the increasing global competition, the traditional method for organization and management is not suitable to demands from the market. So a project management approach in a PDM system is attracting attention, but few PDM systems support it. For these conditions, a goal\|oriented managing method is proposed in this paper, which includes resource constrained, requirement analysis for project goal, subtask design, subtask planning, subtask control and project evaluation. This paper gives methods of task\|oriented hierarchical decomposition, auto\|producing flowing charts by strong\|branch search, and dynamic key path restricted by resource. They are realized in ZD\|PDM.
