Abstract: Stability of cellular neural networks（CNNs） with continuously distributed delay is investigated in this paper. Although CNNs are concerned with a cell and two cells, the study of their stability is also very complex. The criteria of stability for CNNs are derived. Computer simulation are also given to justify the theoretical result.
