摘要: 本文提出了一种新的基于尺度变换的图象矩阵表示方法，并在此基础上利用ＳＶＤ算法抽取了一组有效的图象特征．理论分析和实验结果表明，与现有的代数特征抽取方法相比，图象特征抽取方法具有较好的稳定性，因而具有更广的应用范围和更高的识别正确率

Abstract: In this paper, a new matrix based on dimensional transformation is used to represent the image, and then a set of efficient image features are extracted by using SVD algorithm Theoretical analysis and experiment results are given.
