Abstract: With the development of telephone switching technology,the telephone switching software becomes larger and larger.More demands have been imposed on the maintainability and scalability of software system.This paper describes the modeling and design technique for the signalling system No.7 by using an object oriented method.The reliability, maintainability and scalability of the software system can thus be greatly improved.The experience obtained is useful for the development of other switching software systems.
