Abstract: First,an object component conception is proposed, which is the smallest component in an object oriented environment, sticking out the intelligent feature of an object oriented environment. Then a sum total of the nominalized definitions about the object（both object component and complex object） structure model is given. All these lay a theory foundation for the establishment of an object oriented information storage environment and an object oriented operating and executive environment.
