Abstract: Some random number generators used currently in a computer security system are studied and analyzed It is pointed out that the main problems of random sequence generators are their less output, lower quality and slower speed Hash function, Fourier transform, wavelet analysis, XOR operation and additional random source may be applied to stretch the quantity and De Skew to meet the demand of computer security technology, which is developing rapidly Especially, the application of wavelet analysis theory to random sequence generators as well as the use of additional computer power source as random source are discussed firstly
