Abstract: This paper presents an image processing system for facial image transformation by employing an image warping algorithm based on radial function and a boundarydetection algorithm. Bitmapped images in Windows for facial image transformation areapplied, and the given image is generated by the use of knowledge-based search strategies. According to the chosen facial expression, one area border which is related to theexpression is searched out and the image is warped, so that the required facial expression is generated.
