Abstract: How to construct a knowledge base is the focus of knowledge-based systems In this paper, the weakness of existing expert systems and major difficulty in handling deep knowledge are discussed Two techniques, conceptual matching and learning from experience, for solving these problems and an appropriate structure of knowledge are described.
