Abstract: Based on the lifting scheme, this paper gives a construction of color space transform which maps from integers to integers（CSLS）. Combined with the method of EZW（embedded zerotree of wavelet）, the proposed algorithm can realize progressively encoding from lossy to lossless for color image.
