Abstract: The design and implementation of a visual project activity manager called PAMer are outlined in the paper. Based on software process model （SPM） in PCLAgenda, PAMer visualizes the software development process so as to guide and control the developers in a friendly way of human machine interaction more effectively and intuitively. PAMer uses activity network diagram as a visual description of variant elements and their relations and constraints in SPM, and has the features of multi abstraction, multi viewers, multi working modes, and automatic layout of diagrams.
