Abstract: In order to monitor the production state of an enterprise, it is necessary to connect the AIMAX, a DCS which is widely used in enterprises,to the management network of the enterprise. A switching computer is installed between the AIMAX and the management network,by which the data can be transmitted to the management network from the AIMAX simutaneously.In the AIMAX computer,a TSR program is developed by means of “black box” technology,which is used to extract useful data from AIMAX.In the management network,a simulation software system of the AIMAX is developed,and by using the extracted data,the simulation display and printing reports are implemented.Meanwhile ,the system is safe and does not affect the original AIMAX system.
