Redundant Structure Tree Method (RSTM) and Elimination of Transitive Dependency

摘要: 本文提出冗余树法并讨论了该法在自动消除传递函数依赖中的应用。

Abstract: This paper proposes a method called RSTM for eliminating transitive functional dependencies in automatic design of relational schema set satisfying 3NF. Some results have indicated that RSTM is efficient and might have a good prospect in applications.
