Abstract: Here described in detail are the design method and implementation techniques of a natural language interface in the ITS named MSCITS. The natural language processing techniques and mandarin speech processing techniques are combined properly in the interface. Ruly language, knowledge based matching template and mixed initiative interaction are used in the interface design and implementation.
