Abstract: This paper presents the main functions of the “Heaven Steed” environment and expla- ins its four distinguishing features in detail.These are:multiple knowledge representations and infere- nce engines,a complementary set of knowledge acquisition tools,modern UIMS techniques and practical integration mechanisms.
