Abstract: In many real life situations, dynamic fuzzy events exist extensively. At the present time, with the development of computer science and technology, people attempt to simulate those dynamic fuzzy events with computers. For this reason, dynamic fuzzy logic, dynamic fuzzy sets, a kind of DFL based learning model, and a design method of active database system are proposed in the related references. Although the proposed theories provide some theoretic basis for the solution of the problems having character of dynamic fuzzy, in view of the whole dynamic fuzzy system, those works are initial, and many researches need to be done. The inference temporal model based on dynamic fuzzy logic proposed in the paper is an addition to those works.
