Abstract: A discrete planar curves defined by first order linear difference equations with constant coefficients, r_n=（I—hA）r_n-1+b, are discussed, where r_n（n=0, 1,...） are two-dimensional vectors, and the necessary and sufficient conditions of the curves which are convex or have no loops are given.
