Abstract: This paper introduces a computing method, which is implemented by a high-level language on a computer. With this method, a simplified mathematical model of intricate functions is derived and the control software of a programmable controller is composed so that the automatic control of an intricate production process can be realized on the programmable controller with a RAM of less than 10 KB.
