Abstract: A distributed diagnosis algorithm for network management systems is provided in the paper.It is a comparison algorithm based on a probabilistic system model.The accuracy of the algorithm is calculated and the effect of parameters upon the accuracy is analyzed,and the upper （lower） bound of the accuracy is also given.
