    高频化开关电源的平均模型及系统分析

    An Average Model and System Analysis for the High Frequency Switching Power Supply

    • 摘要: 本文以一个150KHz的功率场效应管开关电源为例,应用状态空间平均法进行数学分析.阐述了高频开关电源动态设计的一般方法及步骤.首先应用状态空间平均法,推导出功率级的小信号平均模型.继而导出整个系统的传递函数.最后应用电子计算机辅助方法,分析系统的动态特性及选择线路参数,并从中得到了若干结论.

       

      Abstract: In this paper,taking a 150 kHz switching-mode regulator with MOS power FETs as an example,a mathematical analysis is conducted by use of a state-space average method.And a general dynamic design method for the high frequency switching-mode regulator is developed.First,the state-space average method is used to derive a small signal average model of the power stage.Then the transfer functions of system can be derived.Finally,the computer aided method is used to analyze the dynamic performance and select the parameters of the circuit.
