摘要: 本文提出了泛α表、泛β表的概念，给出了由单调关系表达式构造泛α表的规则、由泛关系表达式构造泛β表的规则。同时，讨论了相应的理论。

Abstract: In this paper,the concepts of universal a table and universal 9 table are presented. The rules by which universal a table can be constructed with monotonic relation expression and universal 9 table can be constructed with universal relation expression are given,and then the relevant theory is discussed.
