Abstract: A parallel algorithm for the matrix transformation problem derived from CBS image reconstruction is designed and analyzed in this paper. Its computation time and communication overhead on the condition of different design methods are discussed. Finally, its multithreads parallel algorithm is implemented on DAWNING 1 and its performance is tested.
