    三维隐藏线消除法综述

    A Survey of Hidden Line Elimination Methods

    • 摘要: 隐藏线消除已成为计算机辅助设计系统及某些模拟系统不可分割的部分.随着这些系统的技术水平日益提高对隐藏线消除方法亦提出了进一步改进与完善的要求.本文着重分析各种典型隐藏线消除算法的特点,指出巧妙地设计判别可见性的方法,恰当地将数据预先分组、排序并采用高效的有关运算与操作系提高隐藏线消除算法的效率的有效途径.文中所总结的一些规律可供合理选用现有的算法或设计新的算法参考.

       

      Abstract: Hidden line elimination is a part which is not negligible in CAD and some other application systems.With the increasingly wide use of CAD technique it is still necessary to improve the algorithms of hidden line elimination.This paper surveys the existing variety of algorithms for hidden line elimination and then concludes that designing the elaborate criterion for estimating the visibility of lines or points,sorting the data in advance,and selection of efficient operations which bear a close relation to hidden line removal,are the key for making the algorithm more sophisticated.The common rules drawn from the survey may be taken as a reference for selection of the existing algorithms or design of new algorithms.
