Abstract: This paper describes an interactive routing system based on a 8-bit microcomputer CROMEMCO.Its hardware configuration includes a Tektronix 4016-1 display terminal and a Tektronix 4954 tablet.The system is used for interactive PCB layout and routing.Driverl by a multi-function menu,it is easy to operate,and is engineering-oriented with NC outputs for automatic photo plotting and hole drilling.Suitable to a variety of printed circuit boards,the system is featured by its versatility and adaptability.
