HBU-EMIS分布式信息系统中一些关键技术的实现

Strategies for the Implementation of Some Principal Points of Technique in Distributed Information System HBU-EMIS

摘要: 河北大学教育管理信息系统HBU-EMIS是一个以ORACLE和dBASE Ⅲ数据库管理系统为工具,在DECnet网络环境支持下的分布式信息系统,该系统的第一期工程已基本完成。本文论述该系统的网络构成、数据分布、功能划分、共享数据管理、数据格式转换、数据字典的构成和维护等关键技术的实现策略,以及实现分布查询的构想。

Abstract: HBU-EMIS is a distributed information system based on heterogeneous database systems, which is supported by ORACLE, dBASE Ⅲ database system, and DECnet network, This paper mainly explores the strategies for the implementation of some principal points of technique in HBU-EMIS, such as structure of network, data distribution, function partition, shared data management, conversion of data models, and data dictionary management.
