Abstract: The Libmach library is the interface of Mach system call, provided by the Mach kernel. In this paper the libmach and the implementation of Mach system call are introduced. The authors then discuss the simulation of UNIX system call by Mach functions, and the design and implementation of the transparent emulation library.
