Abstract: In this paper,some new concepts such as determinant,complementary relationship, absolute in-degree and the theory concerned are discussed and proposed.Decision and decomposition algorithms for decompositing relational schema based on hypergraph to subschema set belonging to BCNF with lossless joins are discussed in detail.
